Margaret Merrilees proprietor of Solo Beauty has recently launched a new Bespoke Aromatherapy Product in the form of a Luxury Spa Hamper, ranging from £50 to £150 (exclusive of postage). Each hamper will include a one hour consultation. Pride of Northumbria’s newly completed Victorian shop front attracted some royal attention this week.

During a visit to Northumberland, Prince Edward visited Newbiggin by the Sea to view some of it’s attractions, including our very own shop.

Under the Heritage grant Pride of Northumbria was the first of many shops to complete the renovations and this has given it wonderful showcase for all its local food and gifts.

This is one of the many events during the Summer of 2008. Pride of Northumbria will be providing several picnic hampers for the Girls Aloud concert on the August Bank Holiday weekend to be hosted by Beamish Hall Country House Hotel. This is a weekend of concerts and the picnic hampers will play a big part of the VIP Experience.
