The hampers can be tailored to your exact needs and specifications, for that extra special gift we guarantee you'll be remembered for!

Terms and Conditions

We usually deliver your hamper within 7-14 days. If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this timeframe, we will contact you immediately and let you know the earliest delivery date. You are free to cancel your order if the delivery date is unacceptable to you, with a full refund.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with any of the contents of your hamper, we will refund or resend the relevant goods free of charge. Alternatively, we can give you credit to the same value towards other products. If in the unlikely event of your hamper needing to be returned to us, you will be liable for the costs of returning the hamper. You will be refunded the full costs of all goods still in unused and original condition. We cannot refund goods that are no longer within their Best Before date.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the exact contents of your hamper, we will occasionally substitute an item for another of similar type, value and quality.

Full payment must be received before your hamper is dispatched. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and cheque. However if paying by cheque, we require that your cheque has cleared before the goods can be dispatched. Please make cheques payable to Pride of Northumbria.

Our privacy policy assures you that we will never pass on your details to any third party for any reason. We may, however, send you information about our products and offers from time to time.
